Note that access to the Visa Application Center is restricted only to visa applicants. The only exceptions to this policy are:


Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one of the parents or a guardian.


Older or disabled applicants, or those with health issues who may need assistance in submitting their applications, should inform security staff upon arrival at the Visa Application Center.


Cell phones are allowed at the Visa Application Center, but they must be on silent mode and stored during the counter service.


Under no circumstances is photography, filming, or audio recording allowed within the Visa Application Center.


Only one bag measuring 45 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm (18" x 12" x 8") is allowed per applicant at the Visa Application Center. Larger bags cannot be taken to the Visa Application Center and must be stored elsewhere.


For security reasons, the following items will not be allowed inside the Visa Application Center.


All battery-operated or electronic items, such as cameras, tablets, audio/video cassettes, CDs, MP3 players, floppy disks, laptops, or portable music players, hard drives (HDD), pen/thumb drives, spy devices, audio recorders, or other devices that may interfere with the center's operation.


Sealed envelopes or packages.


Any flammable items, such as matchboxes/lighters/electric cigarette lighters/fuel.


Any sharp objects, such as scissors, pocket knives, or nail files.


Bags and personal belongings of the candidates, except small handbags.


Food and drink articles.


Weapons, weapons - as objects or explosive material of any kind.


Other items may be prohibited at the discretion of security personnel.


Attention: The Visa Application Center cannot store prohibited items. Applicants must make other arrangements to store these belongings before entering the Visa Application Center.


All Visa Application Centers are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance. The images are constantly recorded for the purpose of crime prevention, detection, and public security.


In the interest of safety and protection, we reserve the right to conduct random searches of bags of applicants and visitors.


Our personnel have the right to work without fear of abuse or intimidation. Threatening or abusive words or behaviors towards our personnel will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
