It is your personal representative on the ground. Unlike real estate agents who work for the landlord, we work 100% for you. We search, visit, and verify everything to defend your interests.
Property hunting service includes:

We arrange virtual visits with you ensuring an honest and candid report
We check the Land Registry to confirm the owner is real and the property is legal
We handle the landlord/agency and include our Lease Review service to secure your rights
We negotiate the clauses, terms and value of the rental
All potential leads are shared in real-time in order to optimize the process
How much would this service cost?
The property hunter fee is based on the criteria you select on the form, averaging between 4 to 6% of the annual rent, with a minimum fee of 400€. Once we collect the information from the form, we will connect you with one of our property hunters for an initial free consultation, where you will be provided with the quote for these services.
