The paperwork around your Portuguese company, handled.
Setting up a company in Portugal means gathering documents, finding an address for the company, and following up at every step. Our Company Concierge* handles that part. The incorporation itself is carried out by an independent lawyer or solicitador you choose: your own, or one we introduce you to.
- Your documents collected and checked
- The lawyer or solicitador of your choice
- Updates at every step, until your company is registered
*Legal services are provided exclusively by the lawyer, law firm or solicitador you choose.

FAQ
Still have a question? Chat with the AnchorLess team.
Do I have to use the lawyer you introduce?
No. You can bring any lawyer or solicitador registered in Portugal, and the concierge part of your quote stays the same.
How does the quote work?
From €1,000 to €2,000 in total, in two parts paid separately. The concierge part is our fee, paid to AnchorLess. The lawyer part is the fee of the lawyer or solicitador for the certificate of admissibility of your company name if you choose your own, the articles of incorporation, the selection of your business activity codes (CAE), the registration and the RCBE declaration, government fees included: you pay it directly to them, under their engagement letter. We take no commission on it. Your company's address is paid separately, to the partner you choose.
Can you tell me which type of company to choose?
No. Company type, share capital and business activity are legal choices, and the lawyer advises you on them.
What is a solicitador?
A Portuguese legal professional, registered with their own professional body, the Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução (OSAE). Solicitadores can also carry out company incorporations.
Do I need to come to Portugal?
Usually not: you can sign a power of attorney from abroad, and the lawyer acts for you. The lawyer confirms what applies to you.
How long does it take?
It depends on the Portuguese registry, which neither we nor the lawyer control. We keep you updated at every step.
Why might the lawyer ask me for more documents?
Portuguese anti-money-laundering rules require the lawyer to verify your identity themselves, so they may ask for certified copies of some documents.
What about refunds?
Our refund policy covers the concierge part. The lawyer's fee and the government fees follow the lawyer's own terms.
