Please note that access to the Visa Application Center is restricted to visa applicants only. The only exceptions to this policy are:

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by one of the parents or a guardian.

Older or disabled applicants or those with health issues who may need assistance in submitting their applications should advise the security staff upon arrival at the Visa Application Center.

Cell phones are allowed at the Visa Application Center, but they must be on silent mode and stored during the counter service.

Under no circumstances is photography, filming, or audio recording allowed inside the Visa Application Center.

Only one bag measuring 45 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm (18" x 12" x 8") is allowed per applicant at the Visa Application Center. Larger bags cannot be taken to the Visa Application Center and must be stored elsewhere.

For security reasons, the following items will not be allowed inside the Visa Application Center.

All battery-operated or electronic articles, such as cameras, tablets, audio/video cassettes, CDs, MP3 players, floppy disks, laptops, or portable music players, hard disk drives (HDDs), thumb drives, spy devices, audio recorders, or any other devices that may disrupt the center's operation.

Sealed envelopes or packages.

Any flammable item, such as matchboxes/lighters/electric cigarette lighters/fuel.

Any sharp objects, such as scissors, knives, or nail files.

Bags and personal items of candidates, except small handbags.

Articles about food and drinks.

Weapons, weapons - as objects or explosive material of any kind.

Other items may be prohibited at the discretion of security personnel.

Attention: The Visa Application Center cannot store prohibited items. Applicants must make other arrangements to store these belongings before entering the Visa Application Center.

All Visa Application Centers are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance. The images are constantly recorded for crime prevention, detection, and public safety purposes.

In the interest of security and protection, we reserve the right to conduct random searches of bags of applicants and visitors.

Our personnel have the right to work without fear of abuse or intimidation. Threatening or abusive words or behaviors towards our personnel will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The Visa Application Center has wheelchair access ramps. Customers with disabilities or in need of assistance are encouraged to bring someone to assist them throughout the application process. Elevators are also accessible when needed. Please note that our staff will be available to provide assistance to any customers with special needs.
