- Town first: the Algarve is 150 km long. Lagos and Sagres are for the sea and the surf, Loulé and Faro for business and year-round life, Olhão and Albufeira in between.
- Getting around: the regional train links Lagos, Portimão, Albufeira, Loulé, Faro and Olhão, but some stations are far from town (Albufeira's and Loulé's are 5 km out). Outside Faro, Lagos and Olhão, a car helps.
- Price and VAT: check whether the price includes VAT, and whether a day pass exists at all.

- A month counts 4.33 weeks, and the days you work are rounded up.
- At each space we try day passes, packs (only the days you can use before they expire), weekly passes and monthly plans, topped up with day passes when a plan is limited to some days, and keep the cheapest mix.
- Minimum terms and annual plans are counted in full, even for a shorter stay. Half days do not count as a working day.
- “From” and “about” prices are used as published: the real price can be higher. Prices on request are never estimated.
- Prices quoted with Portugal’s 23% VAT: Lifestyle @ Vila Mós (Lagos), Albufeira Coworking (Albufeira) and Faro Avenida Business Center (Faro).

6. HQ Loulé – Mercado (Loulé)
The Green Building, an office building by Loulé's municipal market, became an HQ centre of the IWG group (Regus, Spaces) in August 2026. It has 13 private offices, a coworking area and meeting rooms.
