How to choose your coworking space in Porto
- Location: the centre (Baixa, Bolhão, Trindade) is the easiest to reach: Trindade is served by all six metro lines. Boavista suits business clients, Foz the sea, Bonfim and Paranhos a neighbourhood feel. Porto is hilly: check the walk from the metro.
- Day passes are rare: half of these spaces sell only monthly plans. If you are passing through, look at Vertical, Synergy, Marechal 1551, LACS or DeHouse.
- Access hours: 24/7 access usually comes with a fixed desk or a private office.
- Community: Synergy and CRU are small and close-knit, Vertical, LACS and DeHouse bigger and busier, Typographia and Facts quiet.
- Transport: a monthly Andante pass covers the metro, the metroBus along Avenida da Boavista and STCP buses. The new pink line (Linha Rosa) is due to open by March 2027.

- At each space we try day passes, packs (only the days you can use before they expire), weekly passes and monthly plans, topped up with day passes when a plan is limited to some days, and keep the cheapest mix.

The former Selina Navis cowork is now DeHouse Downtown, run since December 2024 by the Porto coworking group DeHouse. It occupies the Edifício Árabe, a listed neo-Arabic building from 1908, 300 metres from Aliados.
